Products and individual solutions
· What is the difference between "Buy now" and "Individual inquiry"?
There are two ordering options in our shop:
Buy now (direct purchase): These products are in stock. They are added to the cart and paid for directly at checkout. Shipping usually takes place within 1 week after receipt of payment.
Individual inquiry (request a quote): Products that are not in stock are manufactured specifically for you. These products are not found in the cart, but in a special area for "Individual inquiry".
How does the "Individual inquiry" work?
You complete the process as a request for a quote (you don't pay anything here yet). Our sales team will review your inquiry and send you a personal offer as soon as possible, including production and delivery times (usually 4 to 6 weeks). Only if the offer is to your liking will you receive the corresponding invoice for payment.
· Do you offer individual solutions for my brand?
Yes, we are specialists in individual solutions. You can contact us at any time to plan the customization of your products together. We find the perfect presentation for every brand.
· Is customization with my logo possible?
Of course. We can customize almost all products with your logo, for example, through high-quality engraving or various printing processes. Please note that customization is only possible from a certain minimum quantity. Contact our team, we will be happy to advise you on the product you desire.
Shipping and delivery
· Are the products available immediately?
As manufacturers, we produce many of our items directly at our facilities. This guarantees the highest quality, but requires corresponding planning and manufacturing time:
- Products with the "Buy now" option are usually in stock and are shipped within 1 week after receipt of payment.
- Products with "Individual inquiry" are not immediately available and usually have a production and delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks.
· Do you also ship abroad?
Yes, we ship within the European Union, as well as to countries such as the USA and Canada. For all other countries, please use the "Individual inquiry" function, as costs depend heavily on weight, dimensions, and customs regulations.
· How much are the shipping costs?
We calculate a flat shipping rate per order. This amounts to €15 within Germany, €40 within the EU, and €220 for the USA/Canada. Note: If the goods must be shipped by freight carrier due to their fragility or high weight, we will calculate the shipping costs individually based on actual effort. Additional duties or taxes may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
Payment and conditions
· Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value in our shop is €300.00.
· What payment methods are available?
We offer you: Payment in advance (bank transfer), PayPal (paypal@kling.de), or cash payment upon collection. Unfortunately, payment by credit card is not possible at this time.
· Is it possible to place an order as a private individual?
Yes, placing an order as a private individual is possible. However, please note that in this case the corresponding legal provisions and our General Terms and Conditions for final consumers apply.
