Delivery and Transport Damage

We charge a flat shipping rate of 15.00 EUR within Germany. For shipping to other European countries, we charge a flat shipping rate of 40.00 EUR. For shipping to third countries (USA, Canada), we charge a flat shipping rate of 220.00 EUR. Only for cross-border deliveries may additional taxes (e.g., in the case of an intra-community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g., customs duties) be payable by you, but not to the seller, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there.

For display cases, we charge a flat shipping fee of 200.00 euros per unit for Germany, 400.00 euros for Europe. For USA and Canada on request.

Please note the following:

- The minimum order value in our shop is 300.00 €.

- The delivery time for items not in stock (“delivery time: on request”) is usually 4 to 6 weeks. The delivery time for items in stock (“delivery time: in stock”) is usually 1 week after receipt of payment.

- We only sell to commercial customers.

If the goods must be shipped by freight carrier due to sensitivity or high weight, we will calculate the shipping costs based on actual effort. As far as it appears advantageous to us for prompt processing, we will make partial deliveries. This applies in particular if the delivery times of different products differ greatly and the delivery would be significantly delayed as a result. Partial deliveries only take place as far as they are reasonable for the customer.

Whether material defects, manufacturing defects or transport damage: please report every defect immediately. Visible transport damage must be confirmed by the carrier to the recipient on the freight documents. Please inform us within 5 days about transport damage. Failure to follow this request has no consequences for your statutory and contractual claims, in particular your rights of withdrawal and warranty.
