Delivery and damage in transit

Within Germany we charge 15,00 € for parcel. Within the EU we charge 40,00 €. For third countries (USA, Canada) the shipping rate is 160,00 €. Parcel to Switzerland may cause extra taxes at the customs.

For showcases we charge a shipping fee of 200.00 Euro / piece for Germany, 400.00 Euro for Europe and 500.00 Euro for the USA / Canada.

Please notice: 
- Minimum order quantity is 300.00 €
- The delivery time for non-stocking items ("delivery time: on request") is usually 4-6 weeks. The delivery time for stored items ("delivery time: in stock") is usually 1 week after receipt of payment.
- We sell exclusively to commercial customers.

Our contractual obligations are fulfilled when we hand over the goods to the forwarding agent (post office, railway company or carrier) and we cannot accept any liability for damage occurring in transit. In order to cover your transportation risk we will take out insurance on your behalf at no charge to you.


If it is necessary to ensure prompt delivery, we will arrange for part shipments to be made. This applies in particular when there are major differences in the delivery periods for different products which would significantly delay delivery. Any defects in workmanship or materials or any damage occurring in transit must be reported immediately. Visible damage occurring in transit must be confirmed on the shipping papers by the forwarding agent. Please report any damage occurring in transit to us within 5 days.



Payment

Please note that payment by credit card is currently not possible. Thank you for your understanding.



Prepayment:


You pay the invoice amount in advance to our account at Volksbank Pforzheim. Further information will be provided during the ordering process. The goods will be delivered after receipt of payment.



Cash payment upon collection:

You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.

Paypal:

You pay the invoice with PayPal.
