Delivery and transport damage

We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00 within Germany. For deliveries to other European countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 40.00. For deliveries to third countries (USA, Canada), we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 160.00. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you be required to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-Community acquisitions) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties) in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities there.

For display cases, we charge a flat shipping fee of €200.00 per item for Germany, €400.00 for Europe. Upon request for the USA/Canada.

Please note:

- The minimum order value in our shop is 300.00 €
- The delivery time for items not in stock ("Delivery time: On request") is usually 4-6 weeks. The delivery time for items in stock ("Delivery time: In stock") is usually 1 week after receipt of payment.
- We sell exclusively to commercial customers.

If the goods have to be shipped by a forwarding agent due to their sensitivity or weight, we will charge you the shipping costs according to the actual costs incurred. If it seems sensible for speedy processing, we will make partial deliveries. This applies in particular if the delivery times of different products vary greatly and this would significantly delay delivery. Partial deliveries will only be made if this is reasonable for the customer.


Whether material defects, manufacturing defects or transport damage: please report all defects immediately. Visible transport damage must be confirmed by the carrier on the freight documents. Please inform us of any transport damage within 5 days. Failure to comply with this request will not affect your statutory and contractual rights, in particular your rights of revocation and warranty..


Payment

Please note that payment by credit card is currently not possible. Thank you for your understanding.



Prepayment:


You pay the invoice amount in advance to our account at Volksbank Pforzheim.
You will receive further information during the ordering process.

The goods will be delivered after receipt of payment.


Cash payment upon collection:

You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.

You pay the invoice with PayPal.
